As for me, FOREX.COM is a normal broker with good trading conditions. There are no perfect brokers. Each has its own merits and demerits. I have an ELM EA for this broker on mt5 and I am satisfied with the result. The main thing is to use default settings.

I use ELM_EA for more than a year, and I can say about my observations on the work of the EA: sometimes EA gets a drawdown in the trade, and can operate at the same time without loss and without profit.
