Channel Trading is a volatility-based indicator that makes use of the "advanced envelope theory". These envelopes consist of two outer lines. Envelope theory states that the market price will generally fall between the boundaries of the envelope (or channel). It is considered a trading signal, or trading opportunity, if prices are outside of the envelope.

Four different trading behaviors are available in the EA inputs:

• Both sides (Long and short): EAs will trade both bullish and bearish signals.
• All Sides: You can open any trade that signals the first signal (Buy, Sell).
• Only the Long Side: The EA only will purchase bullish signals, and ignore bearish ones
• Short Side Only: The EA will sell at bearish signals and disregard bullish signals

It also implements four money management modes.

• Handle manual lots: Each trade will be handled by the EA.
• Auto-calculation of lotsizes: The EA will risk % of the account on each trade
• Martingale: The EA will double the lotsize after a losing trade
